Electric water heating specialist Santon has announced the arrival of the new PowerPack instantaneous water heater for the domestic market.
Compact in design and easy to install, the PowerPack can supply a shower outlet or spray tap and comes in 7kW, and 9kW sized models. The water heater is ideal for remote applications within a domestic environment, such as garages and cloakrooms, but is also suitable for bedsits, student accommodation and holiday homes.
Key features include a high temperature safety cut-out to prevent any problems with overheating should abnormal conditions arise. Its white moulded ABS casing and neat, wall hung design enables it to be sited out of view in many instances, making it resistant to tampering or vandalism.
Jon Cockburn, head of marketing for Santon, said: "PowerPack provides the answer for applications within a building extension or annexe where a reliable supply of hot water is required, but may be separate to the main water heating system. We're confident it will be very well received by those responsible for sourcing water heating equipment for such installations.”
The Santon PowerPack comes with a two year manufacturer backed guarantee which includes on-site parts and labour.
